Rhododendron Bud Blast: A Follow Up

In today’s video, I am doing a follow up for rhododendron bud blast. It has a history of brown buds and doesn’t bloom or limited blooming. Buds affected from bud blast often have tiny hairs on the buds. I have sprayed the shrub a couple of times in the last two yards.
