Feeding Ducks at the Park

My pet snake suddenly decided she's not hungry. This left me with several feeder mice crawling around that now could not be returned to the pet store. I definitely didn't have the means to keep them around humanely, and, while I could euthanize them and freeze for later, there's a high chance they would go to waste (I have tried offering frozen thawed prey before). That's when an idea popped into my head... There's a "Duck Park" nearby! It's filled with ducks and geese; hungry predators. At first, some of the fowl seemed quite confused by the moving prey; completely unlike the seeds, nuts, and bread that they're usually given (please DON'T feed them bread, by the way!). Eventually, some brave birds would chase the mouse down and scoop it up. The rest, well, you can see in the video! To make a long story short, I found a home for the mice after all. To those concerned about my snake, Quetzal. Don't worry about her. She just wasn't hungry at the time, but all seems well now, and she is healthy. Snakes are just picky like that sometimes!
