Last Flight of Gloster Meteor NF.11

So a surprise last minute event I found out about was the arrival of the Meteor to Bruntingthorpe as part of the vast collection there. A great shame this classic jet is no longer going to be flying but at least it will be running at the open days when they occur. The day was cold and quite long but there was a bit of action before she arrived with a Beech 18 and Strikemaster standing out. The Meteor arrived and did a few circuits and taxied into parking followed by the Vampire and Strikemaster. Some lovely sounds as they taxied in. Enjoy!
