This is my current abs routine that I used to get a flat stomach and achieve the 11 line & ab crack like the kpop idols. My before & after results. I did this workout consistently for 3 months, but saw results in less than 3 weeks when I changed my diet to burn belly fat. I'VE ANSWERED THE SAME QUESTION OVER A 1000 TIMES: I can lose belly fat in 3 weeks because I eat a healthy diet in accordance to my personal health requirements (prediabetic). I practice portion control in the form of watching my calories and making sure that I create a calorie deficit consistently to lose belly fat. The truth is that human beings can burn fat in 1 day if they are in a calorie deficit. There are people who get results faster than me. And there are people who get results slower than me. I'm not selling you a pill filled with sugar and telling you you're going to lose belly fat without some hard work and sacrifice. You might have underlying health issues and hormonal imbalances that prevent you from losing belly fat even though you work hard and eat healthy. This happened to me earlier this year. Finding out about my own health issues helped me make better food decisions that allowed me to finally lose waist fat. That's why you need to talk to your doctor before starting a new fitness and diet plan. I'm simply sharing my own results and what works for me. I have a pear shaped body and I tend to get rid of belly fat more easily than hip and thigh fat. You might have an apple shaped body and lose fat more easily in your lower body than your upper body. I can go on and on and on about how unique everyone is when it comes to getting results. I also have specific aesthetic goals such as getting a tiny waist with some ab definition (11 line + ab crack) and not bulk up which is why I do specific waist exercises to shrink my belly and waist. If you do other ab exercises along with this workout, I cannot tell you how that will affect your results because I do not know. I stick to specific ab exercises that I know (from personal experience) that do not cause my waist to widen and bulk up.
