This is the 4th episode of the series debunking the absurd belief of vegan zealots and grifters that is on par with the stupidity of flat earthers: humans are herbivores. This time I brought you an in-depth lecture on the physiology of herbivorous animals, packed with lots of facts and humour. Vegan propaganda as a fraudulent attempt to make humans appear less capable of meat-eating often compares us to the order of Carnivora (lions, wolves, bears, racoons etc.) but by the same logic, why not compare our physiology to cows, horses, rabbits, kangaroos, or any real herbivores? We would find that our body (including our teeth and digestive tract) is at least as far from herbivores as from the members of the order of Carnivora. The inconvenient truth for the Game Changers and the people who believe them is that the blueprint of an omnivorous, predatory ape is there in chimpanzees as well as in our last common ancestors, we just took it to the next level. We lost the ability to quickly move around the trees as our ancestors left the rainforest and the fruit dominant past behind as the climate cooled down and became the ultimate omnivore eating anything that was edible: eggs, shellfish, underground roots, bugs, animal carcasses, and eventually modern humans evolved as very capable big game hunters who could take down huge animals that would be impossible even for lions. Fangs and claws work well for cats and dogs but primates in order to increase their hunting capability, had to find something that was an advantage against carnivores and they did: intelligence. If you study palaeontology, the evidence is abundant, hunting and meat eating was an essential part of human evolution and this did change our physical attributes too. We were able to run long distances, our wrist and shoulders are adapted to throw deadly projectiles, make all kinds of weapons and traps, we processed food with tools and later cooking and most importantly our digestive system adapted as we lost most of our capacity to store and ferment plant material in the cecum and colon (unlike gorillas and to some extent chimps), as most of our nutrition comes through auto-enzymatic digestion from breaking down protein, carbs and fat in the small intestine. All thanks to the fact that we moved towards eating high-quality, nutrient dense foods which certainly included meat. Quite a lot of it. This took millions of years but denying it didn’t happen is just wishful thinking. You can find the rest of the series in this playlist: • The Great Herbivore Swindle - A Satirical ...
