Software as a service provider TechnologyOne has unveiled a new agentic AI system that promises to predict, learn, uncover and simplify processes for businesses. A key feature is allowing organisations to use their own data so the AI can pull relevant information together to answer questions and perform tasks. The technology was developed entirely in Brisbane and will require no additional training or installation. TechnologyOne Chief Executive Edward Chung spoke with Sky News Business Editor Ross Greenwood about the system. “Leveraging AI and leveraging the new technologies, we can unlock that information, unlock that data, unlock that power for the whole organisation to make even better and faster decisions for the community," Mr Chung said.
