The flight was operated by 8 year old Airbus A330 with the older generation business class seat. The Airbus A330 seats 285 passengers: 30 in business class and 255 in economy. In this flight, I had the chance to review the business class seats. Even though the hard product is not the best, Singapore Airlines delivered excellent service throughout the flight. As such, I would still recommend this product for short haul flight (e.g. up to 5 hours of flying time) Date of travel: 04 Jun 2018.
