Peugeot 306 Maxi Kit Car: Starts, Accelerations & Glorious High Revving N/A Engine Sound!

Possibly the car that I was waiting the most to record at the 2023 Mythical Cars Rally, the Peugeot 306 Maxi is one of the most iconic rally cars built under the 'Kit Car' ruleset, which was mainly an extension of the A0, A5, A6 and A7 classes. Compared to Group A, Kit Cars can be wider than the production model from which they derive, their engines can feature a 4-throttle bodies intake instead of the single throttle and they can mount larger brakes. Traction must remain that of the production model, therefore a front-wheel drive system. K11 was the grouping of the most performing Kit Cars, such as the 306 Maxi or the Clio Williams Maxi. They had a minimum curb weight of 960 kg and, in their last evolutions, were able to produce up to 280 hp and rev up to 10,000 rpm, still being reliable enough to participate in a rally.
