This video with esteemed Baw'uBhokhwe explores the migration of the early Thembu people between the year of 1500 to 1600 in the region now known as the Eastern Cape in South Africa. It ealso explorers how the different Thembu Kings and Chiefs were placed by King Mnguti. The language is Xhosa, a translation and captions will be made at a later time. The AmaXesibe in this video were the people led by Mtshutshumbe in 1650 in to modern day Mqanduli near Coffee Bay, they are today refered to as AmaQwathi. Mnguti led the Migration from Herschel to Present day eNgcobo & Dutywa location. King Dlomo and NgubeNgcuka's great place is at Nywarha Dutywa, with Nxego's great place at Masana Ngcobo.
