The owner of this car dropped by wanting to replace her head unit. Her request was to have Navigation and also reversing camera. After some discussion, the customer was keen on the JVC KW-M690BW as she liked the factory screen size and not having to replace the surrounding trims. She also went for this JVC as she liked the idea of having wireless Apple CarPlay. Unfortunately we couldn't do the job on the same day so she made and appointment and came back on another day to get the job done. For those looking to do the same install, especially for this particula variant of the BRV, please be cautioned that you will not be able to use the factory metal bracket mounts. Insteal you will need to make some custome brackets to fit this unit in. If you have the touchscreen version of BRV factory head unit, this shouldn't be a problem. Upon completion of this install, we tested the unit in the Honda BRV and were very satisfied with the overall quality and userbility of the JVC and the Blaupunkt camera. We would highly recommend this unit to those looking for a double din head unit that support wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
