This one is for the Reveal panel. First, we include the detailed project information, table of contents, a description of the assay, a summary of the workflow that took place in Psomagen's Certified Service Provider laboratories, information on the data and the file types that will be provided, an explanation of the internal and external controls that are built in to the reveal assay, the calculation for normalized protein expression, an explanation of the QC metrics and what constitutes warnings, flaggings, or failure, a summary of the project's QC results. An intra- and inter-CV are shown in this histogram. For the amplification and incubation controls, the signal deviation from the median is shown in this signal plot. For studies with multiple plates, looking at the Z-score variation for the NPX values can identify a plate where something was technically amiss. The PCA plot allows you to look at the negative controls, sample and plate controls, and also identify potential groupings within your data.
