Well I’m travelling to the end of every metro line in Shanghai to find out, and along the way I’m searching for the interesting, the extraordinary and the unusual. So join me as we go to the End of the Line! Being the second longest metro line in Shanghai, Line 9 brings another interesting installment on my journey. Stretching from the East in Pudong we travel through part of Shanghai's old town before checking out a tourist spot and then heading out West. There we venture into the vast area of Songjiang District, and some of its more interesting, unusual and historic sights, including Shanghai's most famous internationally inspired new town.
