Text to Speech Using Enhanced Voices from macOS Ventura

macOS Ventura has enhanced voices for text to speech but it's a little convoluted on how you download them for use. This video shows you how to add them. I use TTS to convert text news articles to spoken text for listening while running, working out in the gym, cooking in the kitchen or driving. I used to use Microsoft's Azure TTS to do this when they offered free samples but I can't find that service anymore. Microsoft Windows does have a way to do it but it's difficult to use as it is an accessibility feature moreso than a convenient way to convert text to speech. It's clear that Microsoft wants to monetize TTS while Apple just includes it in the operating system.
