"K.K. Western" is a song that is played by K.K. Slider in the Animal Crossing video games (GameCube, Nintendo DS, Wii, 3DS, and now the Switch). I am 95% sure that it was written by Toru Minegishi, but K.K. Slider's name is inspired by Kazumi Totaka, another composer on the game. ("Totakake"?) I submitted this to VGMusic.com, and it has finally left the "New Files" area yet. This is what I said in the text file submission: "This is an arranged version of K.K. Western, a song from the Animal Crossing games. I wasn't sure if it first appeared in the GameCube game or the DS game, so I submitted it to "Wild World" to be safe, at the time. I expanded on the original, adding a trumpet, whistle, and drums. I was partially inspired to make this by Hans Zimmer's "Rango" soundtrack." You can now find the file on this page: https://www.vgmusic.com/music/console... (search for my name) Download a MIDI file here: http://www.mediafire.com/?avb5t4bn8vy...
