Your three minds (negative, positive and neutral) begin to work together and your mental integration changes. 22 is the infinite number of desire, which gives the opportunity to master the mental sphere. 31 minutes: Affects your entire mind and aura. Endocrinological balance is achieved, as well as the balance of the chakras of the etheric body. This balance is maintained throughout the day and is reflected in changes in mood and behavior. All the exercises are selected in a certain sequence, because they stimulate energy in a certain way.
