Growth for me does not come easy. I am stubborn and sometimes fight it tooth and nail. I will realize I need to change a pattern in my life but am able to consistently convince myself I can still keep it if I slightly change or alter it. This is not the case for me, In order to change most patterns I need to cut them out entirely. It's just how I operate. Yet everytime I cute out a pattern that no longer serves me. I am immediately met with so much positive change where new patterns can now form. This Improvised mediation is an offering towards that growth, the uncomfortable growth that serves me best and can look ugly at times.
