Cleaning up holes on deck and 2nd time using the gelplane to cleanup the laminate due to osmoses. Music copyright claims. The the music in the last part is from Mr Dexter Britain, (https://dexterbritain.bandcamp.com/tr...) who, i thought, is kind enough to make it available under a Creative Commons license. But when the video was uploaded, I am being confronted with a copyright claim against me from mr Dex. Mr Dex is monetizing my video through companies as AdRev and Syc-ID. So it might be possible that you the viewer are being confronted with ads from those companies. My sincere excuses for this. Had i know this before i edited the video, with is just after uploading clear, i would have never, never, never used this persons music. Creative commons is in origin is created and implies a limited non-commercial free use, and this is great. But when a music maker through third parties working is monetizing my video by added advertising this feels wrong. As a photographer I respect copyright and ownership of work. If i would share a photo under a creative commons non-commercial license, the way as used here with music of Mr Dex, this would mean, that a user who would like to use my photo, is after making his work public suddenly confronted with extra ads in his work. I would in fact monetize not only still my photo, but also the users efforts and creative work. Which would be a a not fair and ethical a very doubtful and misleading practice. I will re-upload the video when i find the time with music from a music maker who really conforms to the idea of sharing and creating according to the real concept of the creative commons.
