Cracking on with the lower limb... In this one we look at the muscles of the posterior compartment of the leg (below the knee) - their functions, innervation and general location/arrangement in the lower limb. As ever: 1. Please DON'T try and watch the whole thing in one go, you'll just get bored. Use the time stamps to break it up into chunks. 2. Draw along with me! I don't have access to many resources (literally a guy working out of his living room) so the whiteboard may not be ideal... but I honestly believe that drawing/recreating anatomy badly is still 1000x better than passively staring at pictures to try and learn things properly. Be creative with your learning. 3. Never just rely on one source for learning anatomy (or anything, really) - use a couple to double-check/confirm what you're learning.
