It’s nothing but rain in Ipoh, but that doesn’t stop the adventure. With the weather against me, I jump in a series of Grab taxis and head out to explore the must-visit spots around the outskirts of the city. After a wet stroll along the riverside—where I end up spotting and even chasing giant lizards—I make my way to the incredible Perak Cave Temple. The journey continues to Sam Poh Tong and the surrounding Chinese temples and gardens, some of the most peaceful and impressive sites in Ipoh. After a long day exploring in the rain, I head back into the city for some amazing Chinese food to wrap up the vlog. Rain or not, Ipoh delivers an unforgettable day.
