A revisit to this railway, last time we were here, they were doing driver experience courses with the 08 and i think the sentinel, and services were done for the day. This line certainly has an interesting history, the railway runs along the trackbed of the old line, and the section they currently run is the only part of the old line that they can resurrect, one side is blocked off by a forest walk owned by the National Trust, and the other side is a road. Our locomotives were Andrew Barclay 0-4-0st 'Albert' and BR Class 08 No. 13002. The staff here are very friendly and will happily give you a guided tour around the shed and surrounding areas.
