Confrontations and detainments outside the ICE facility in Portland continue as KATU crews see federal agents use pepper balls on crowds. Crews also saw one man lighting an American flag on fire. At one point, around 500-800 protesters were around the building, especially as the Portland Emergency Naked Bike Ride made its way through.
