Using certain CLEO scripts, it is possible to complete every single existing side mission in the very beginning of the game, despite the fact that most of them are not available at that point. There are two methods of completing them - difficult and easy one. In my videos, I'm going to complete all those side missions in the very beginning of the game in both difficult and easy methods. I have already released my 45.99% starter save game, in which absolutely all side missions and side tasks, except Exports and Imports, are completed before the first storyline mission.
