In their November challenge, Archidekt asked for kindred decks in unexpected color identities. So we did just that! Wizards are cold headed control, card draw, and informed insight, everything that blue stands for, but not in this deck. We delved into the dark side of wizardry, with a side of necromancy, lead by the Final Fantasy Legend CELES, RUNE KNIGHT, showing that Wizards can also be aggro. This is one of my favorite creature types, and I even own both Inalla, Archmage Ritualist and Kess, Dissident Mage decks. Now that I think of it, I also have a Marchesa, the Black Rose deck. I might have unresolved issues with Grixis and Wizards... But I digress! It was my first attempt at such a disruptive take on a kin that I play so much, and I had a lot of fun doing it.
