Higgs Village was where the Big MT executives in the Think Tank lived while they were still human. Each of the six houses are designated with a number, one for each executive. Each house has enough clues inside it to piece together which member of the Think Tank lived inside it. If you have the wild wasteland perk you can encounter the unique deathclaw Stripe behind house 103.
