Here are the steps: 1) Rotate the display cover to remove it 2) Disconnect the wire connected to the vacuum mop display 3) Remove the grey color cover underneath 4) Now, you should see the green circuit board. Remove the 2 screws and folding the circuit board up. 5) There is another layer of circuit board underneath. Remove all the screws again. 6) Tips: There are 2 hidden screws that holding the battery pack rack tight, remove them. 7) Disconnect all the wires connecting the circuit board 8) Use two pliers to pull the battery pack out at the same time. The battery pack is consists of six pieces of 21700 batteries that contribute to total 21.6V. Take out the unhealthy battery cell and use a spot welder to joint the battery cell back to the battery pack. Reinstall the battery pack back.
