I am using 6 cm side length and 10 cm height, so the width of the parchment paper needs to be 6*7 = 42 cm the length is 38 cm, most baking papers come in this size, and by folding it 2 times you will have a stronger mold. follow the steps of folding a hexagon gift box, I like to use the lid method (twisting the paper outside the box) and when I need to hang the panetonnes upside down, I could use those parts to fix it on a rack, without needing to poke through the bottom of the panetonne. it's better if your parchment paper is thicker, I used this printed baking paper which was slightly thinner than the brown one, it still worked but it seemed that it would break at some point I only use one staple to fix the sides
