Spread the hazelnuts on a baking sheet and roast them for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are golden and fragrant. Let them cool slightly. 2. Once cooled, you can rub the hazelnuts between a kitchen towel to remove some of the skins, this step is optional. 3. In a food processor, blend the hazelnuts until they form a smooth paste. This may take a few minutes, and you may need to scrape down the sides occasionally. 4. Once you have a smooth hazelnut paste, add the cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, melted coconut oil. Blend again until everything is well combined. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little almond milk or water to reach your desired consistency. 5. Taste your Nutella and adjust the sweetness or cocoa level if needed. 6.Transfer your homemade Nutella to a jar and store it in the refrigerator.
