Army practices its Infantry skills on Exercise Arras 2020

Army Reserve soldiers from Victoria’s, 4th Brigade conducted Exercise ARRAS the Puckapunyal Military Training Area in Victoria on the 17-18 October 2020. The exercise was based on a Stability Operations (SO) scenario in an urban environment to practice the types of tasks applicable in domestic and regional security operations. The 4th Brigade soldiers prepare for all types of operations and can adapt their skills to any environment or situation. Exercise ARRAS gave soldiers the opportunity to practice a range of tasks applicable in domestic and regional security operations, including cordon and search operations, maneuvering of Protected Mobility Vehicles in urban environments, searching and detaining persons of interest and the preservation of crime scenes.
