Superintendent of Police Mr. Rajesh Vyas has instructed all the station in-charges of the district to take strict action against those who transport cows illegally in the district. Under the guidance of Superintendent of Police Mr. Alirajpur and Additional Superintendent of Police Pradeep Patel and SDOP Ashwin Kumar, police station in-charge Asha Bamnia formed a quick team and continuous action is being taken against the smugglers. On 31/8/24, the police team received information from the informer that a Bolero pickup is stuck on the river in village Kiloda, in which cows (calves) have been illegally stuffed. Due to the vehicle getting stuck in the river water, the driver of the said vehicle left the vehicle there and ran away. The team immediately reached the spot and got the vehicle out of the river with the help of JCB and villagers.
