Hoo boy... Car #13 is as scary as hell to race, and you have to beat him if you want to complete the game. He is so fast and so cocky that if he passes you once, he actually stops and lets you catch up. But if #13 passes you a second time, you're done. You have no hope of catching up again. So you can imagine how frightening it can be to see him right behind you. The pitch black night doesn't help matters either. You have to know the track by heart to win. This is only the second time I've managed to defeat him. Admittedly, I could have driven much cleaner, but a win is a win.
