Part 1. Fitting A Daly K Series Smart BMS in a 60v Lithium Ion battery pack on our Electric Scooter.

Our Electric CityCoco style Zyao X12 Scooter is 8 years old, in perfect condition and still on its original Samsung 16s 20ah Lithium Ion battery pack, and fitted with regular, Non Smart BMS modules. Having been carefully charged to 80% SOC from new, never discharged below 20% SOC, and always stored at around 50% SOC and also charged at less than 1C, the battery packs show virtually no degradation after 8 years. 1 of the Battery packs had its original, non Branded BMS fail about 4 years ago, and I replaced it with a Daly standard 16s 60a BMS, which has performed faultlessly ever since. I recently upgraded my 48v Electric Fatbike, fitting a Daly 13S K Series Smart Active BMS, and Smart Active Balancer which was a revelation enabling me for the 1st time to not only set all the battery charging and discharging Parameters to my own preferences, but also to be able to monitor the Pack and Cell status at all times connecting via WiFi or Bluetooth to the Daly App on my phone.. A total game changer, and resulting in my desire to fit similar Daly Smart BMS units to my Dual 60v, 20ah Scooter Battery packs.. https://yunbms.cn/website/page/produc...
