In this video, I’ll show the complete process of restoring the injector seat wells after burnt copper sealing washers — and reassembling the engine afterward. • To reach the injector seats, we remove the valve cover and the rocker arm assembly. Then, we carefully clean the entire area, removing carbon buildup and dirt with a vacuum cleaner to prevent debris from falling into the cylinders. • Next, I use a special milling cutter to precisely restore the injector wells to a perfectly flat surface — free from craters, pitting, or unevenness.
