This is my attempt to show what ADHD feels like in my brain during basic tasks. It's often hard to hold onto a thought long enough to complete supposedly simple things. There's a near-constant stream of thoughts in the background that I learn to tune out like static. Eventually the thoughts start competing with each other to the point that I become paralyzed with indecision. Note: Each "voice" in the original video represents a train of thought, not an actual voice. I don't claim in any way that this is fully representative of all people with ADHD, just how I personally experience it. There are also times where it feels a lot more or less manageable, and/or I hyperfocus, which feels completely different to this.
