Chilli Fish Recipe Fish (boneless cubes) - 300 grams Salt - ½ tsp Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder - ½ tsp Egg White - 1 no Cornflour - 5 tbsp Oil - For Deep-Frying Sauces Red Chilli Sauce -2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup - 2 tbsp Soy Sauce - 1 tsp Vinegar - 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder - ½ tsp Water - 3 tbsp Cornstarch Slurry Cornflour - 1 tbsp Water - 2 tbsp Other Ingredients Oil - 1 tbsp Garlic (finely chopped) - 1 tbsp Ginger (finely chopped) - 1 tsp Green Chilli (finely chopped) - 1 tbsp Capsicum (diced) - ½ Cup Onion (diced) - ½ Cup Spring Onion Greens (chopped) - ¼ Cup Cooking Instructions: 1. Add the fish pieces to a bowl. Add salt, pepper, ginger garlic paste and egg white. Mix it to combine. 2. Add the cornstarch and mix to form a coating. 3. Heat oil in a pan and deep-fry on medium heat for 4 minutes, or until it starts to turn golden brown. Take it out of the oil. 4. Turn up the heat to high. Add the fish back into the oil, and fry for 1 minute. Remove and set aside. 5. Mix all the sauces together in a small bowl. Mix the cornstarch and water together. 6. Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger, garlic and green chilli. Saute for a few seconds until it turns aromatic. 7. Add the onion and capsicum, and saute on high heat for 30 seconds. Add the prepared sauce mixture. 8. Once it thickens, add the fried fish. Mix to coat. 9. Add the cornstarch slurry, mixing it well once before adding. Heat until it thickens, then add the chopped spring onions. 10.
