This was a Performance for a show-themed "Shadow of Alchemy." We chose to represent Saturn. Saturn is the planet of concentration, permanence, tenacity, & ambition, all of which were poured into this alchemical movement creation. Lead, the element associated with Saturn is the personification of the ego. Through the process of our dance, we blended in sisterhood; our sense of self purified and our souls set free. It is through the transmutation of Lead that the alchemist transforms from a being ruled by carnal desires into being a woman of nature, taped in, like a root to her deepest feminine strengths
