Score the chicken wings to make it easier for the flavor to sink in, and parboil the scored chicken wings and green scallions by boiling them from cold water. 2. Let boil for about 1 minute, then take them out of the pot and keep in cold water. 3. Put some oil in the frying pan, cook both sides of the chicken wings until they are lightly browned. Take them out and place them to the side. 4. Stir fry the cut ginger and onions, add the chicken wings, and cook by adding cola, soy sauce, lao cho, bay leaf, star anise and chili pepper. 5.
