Or at least what looked like a flat.... Once i had the outer tyre off an wanted to deflate the inner completely, I found the culprit was actually the valve! Once the tyre was seated again, I was good to go. But I got the impression the expected "end of the showers" was not going to happen and decided to turn around and that ~15 km was enough for that day.
