Back to the Workshop After 5 Months – Restoring an Antique Marples & Sons Hand Plane

#restoration #woodworking Hello dear friends, It has been a long time since my last upload — almost five months. Due to a shoulder injury, I had to take a break from the workshop and from sharing new projects with you. I’ve truly missed creating and connecting with this wonderful community. This evening, I’m happy to be back with a new restoration project: bringing life back to an antique Marples & Sons hand plane. In my one-person workshop, together with my cats and the sound of seagulls outside, I worked on this tool with love, care, and patience. As always, I dedicate this piece to nature and to the animals, who inspire and accompany me in every creation. With a glass of whisky in hand, I raise a toast to all of you. Thank you for being here, and for sharing this journey with me.
