Caught the UP ZLCBR Intermodal/Piggyback double stack freight train today passing Fruitridge Road Railroad Crossing at 11:50 AM on the UPRR Sacramento Subdivision in South Sacramento next to the SACRT Blue Line and next to the Fruitridge light rail station. You can see at the end the crossing had an deactivation malfunction causing the signals to activate for a second. Also you can't here the GS e-bells on SACRT side from this side because their volume is low and the NEG Bells are loud and the WCH e-bell is at a normal volume. This crossings gated mast signals on UP side use to have EM Mechanisms signals which was replaced in 2011. I think I now know the ZLCBRs time it comes through Sacramento on the Sac Sub on Tuesdays. This was the only freight train I got today. The rest were light rail. More Info Below. Crossing Info: 6 Mast Signals, 4 Gated, 2 Gateless, 2 NEG Electronic Bells, 1 WCH Type 2 Gen 2 Electronic Bell, and 3 GS Type 1 Electronic Bells. Bells ring through whole activation. Signals on this side of tracks are owned by UP. Signals on other side of tracks are owned by SACRT. Mast Gated Signals near me have 12" WCH 2nd and 1st Gen LEDs inside Safetran Light Frames, Safetran Brackets, Union Pacific Gate LEDs, Safetran Mechanisms, Safetran Counterweight Arms, Safetran Signal Bases, and NEG E-Bells. Gateless Mast Signal on this side has 12" Harmon Fading LEDs inside Harmon Light Frames, Harmon Brackets, Harmon Signal Base, and WCH Type 2 E-Bell. Gateless Mast Signal on other side has 12" General Signal LEDs inside Harmon Light Frames, Harmon Brackets, WCH Signal Base, and General Signal Type 1 E-Bell. Median Gated Mast Signal on other side has a pair of 12" General Signal LEDs inside Harmon Light Frames, Harmon Brackets, Aurora Gate LEDs, Safetran Mechanism, Harmon Counterweight Arms, WCH Signal Base, and General Signal Type 1 E-Bell. Shoulder Gated Mast Signal on other side has 12" General Signal LEDs inside Harmon Light Frames, Harmon Brackets, WCH Gate LEDs, Safetran Mechanism, Harmon Counterweight Arms, WCH Signal Base, and General Signal Type 1 E-Bell.
