#ugcnetpoliticalscience #politicalsciencejrf #ugcnetdecember2025 #decodingpoliticalscience #ugcnetjrf @DecodingPoliticalScience Hello everyone, I’m Sugyan Nanda, and in this video I want to share my journey of qualifying UGC NET JRF in Political Science—something that didn’t happen overnight, but finally came together with just three months of focused preparation. My journey with Political Science actually started very casually. During my graduation, I was enjoying college life and honestly, I wasn’t very clear about my long-term academic goals. I studied, but without direction. Career planning was missing. Things changed when I took admission in post-graduation. That’s when I first heard seriously about UGC NET and JRF, through one of my seniors and mentors. Until then, I didn’t even know how important this exam could be for an academic career. I appeared for my first NET attempt with basic preparation and managed to qualify NET with a decent score. That gave me confidence—but not clarity. In the next attempt, I aimed for JRF without changing my strategy much, and again I qualified NET, but missed JRF. That’s when reality hit me. After completing my post-graduation, I finally had time—but more importantly, I had maturity. I realised that effort without strategy doesn’t work. I stopped running behind too many sources, focused on concepts, revision, and previous year questions, and prepared with discipline for three months. Those three months were not about studying all day—they were about studying with purpose. There were doubts, pressure, and moments where I questioned myself, but I stayed consistent. And finally, that preparation resulted in qualifying JRF in Political Science. In this video, I’m not here to claim that everyone can do it in three months. I’m here to show that clarity, consistency, and the right approach matter more than time. If you’re preparing for UGC NET or JRF and feeling stuck, I hope my journey gives you direction.
