Bestevaer 53 S/Y 'Xaos' - KM Yachtbuilders

The newest member of the Bestevaer familie: BV53 ‘Xaos’.💙 Like every custom Bestevaer, she was designed and built to the customer's specifications. This is the first Bestevaer 53 S/Y with a ballasted centre board, for example. On deck we see a beautiful black carbon mast. Instead of a traditional red underwater hull, the customer chose to have it painted black. The interior, too, is completely designed and styled as the Dutch owners envisioned it. It was inspired by several previous Bestevaer yachts. Some will recognize the galley from the Aegle, the open pilot house from Jongedame and the 'shed' from the HannaH. But her styling, use of wood and colours, is purely from the minds of the owners. A combination of white ceilings and walls, and oak floors ensure a light atmosphere. Details in black give it a modern look, while earth tones from accessories make it feel homely.
