His faster movement speed, buffed Grand Upper, and the additional OTG properties in some of his attacks makes him feel more comparable to the rest of the cast. I still don't think he's as strong as the other main characters, but the gap between them and Axel is smaller now, which is nice. And honestly, I didn't spend a lot of time practicing with him, so there are probably better combos to use and smarter ways to work with his toolset.
