I've tested the game on intel hd 4600 igpu. By tweaking the game config file you can reach 30 FPS on this GPU. So you don't need dedicated GPU to run the game. In the next part of the video I will show you how you can reduce lag. The game on AMD GPUs is full of stutter. I've see Similar results with assassin's creed brotherhood.
