From Bales to Bunker—A Complete Straw Transformation | Farming simulator 25 | Etruria Farm | ep #04

Welcome back to the Etruria Farm Timelapse. We continue our wheat harvest in a newly acquired field, working efficiently to clear the crop. Once the combine harvester finishes its task, we return it to the equipment parking area and immediately shift focus to straw baling. We hook up a baler to our tractor and head back to the field to collect the remaining straw swaths. The baled straw is then loaded and transported to the main farm. This time, however, we have a new plan for the straw—we’re turning it into compost to boost long-term profitability. To start compost production, we build a compost bunker on our property. We then attach a flatbed platform trailer to our tractor and begin loading straw bales from the field. Using a front loader equipped with a bale grab, we unload the bales into the compost trench, where they’re shredded and processed into raw material for composting. We continue transporting straw bales from both the field and storage, processing them until the compost bunker reaches 100,000 liters of material. Once full, we compact the shredded straw and seal the bunker with silage film to begin the fermentation process. Now, all that’s left is to wait for the fermented straw to transform into high-value compost, adding another sustainable income stream to our farm operations in Farming Simulator 25. 🛒Farming Simulator 25 (PC) https://www.farming-simulator.com/buy...
