The Interagency Rates Working Group (IRWG) was formed to advance near- and long-term electric rate designs that align with the Commonwealth's decarbonization goals. The IRWG, with the support of Energy and Environmental Economics, Inc. (E3), will develop three products to inform final recommendations: (1) electric rates assessment, (2) near-term rates strategy, and (3) long-term ratemaking study. This presentation, hosted on August 12, 2024, provided an overview of the near-term rate strategy draft report for stakeholder input.
