They will receive an electronic questionnaire to complete on your behalf. A professional resume or CV in Word, JPEG, PNG, RTF, PDF, or ASCII format. The file limit is 15 MB. Official transcripts from every college you've ever attended. There are two ways to enter your transcript information: Nursing CAS can enter your transcript details into the system for an additional fee. The cost depends on the number of transcripts that need to be processed. This is the Transcript Entry option. You can manually enter transcript data for processing at no additional fee. However, this will add to the time it takes to complete an application. Some quick tips include: Report all institutions you've attended, regardless of their relevance to the program you're applying to. List every institution in your application, even if the coursework was transferred to another institution. Report each institution only once, no matter how many degrees you've earned or if you've had any gaps in attendance.
