Today, I’m introducing a different kind of Rosé — creamy, spicy, and absolutely delicious Rosé Tteokbokki. Packed with rich tomato sauce, cream, and a perfect spicy kick, this dish will have you hooked from the first bite. Let’s make it together! 🥘 Ingredients Basic Ingredients 2 cups wheat tteok (tteokbokki rice cakes) 6 Vienna sausages (scored) 4 strips bacon (bite-sized pieces) ½ onion (julienned) Green onion (sliced) 5 cloves garlic (sliced) ½ tbsp minced garlic Olive oil Parmesan cheese powder (garnish) Sauce Ingredients 1 cup heavy cream ½ cup milk ½ cup tomato sauce 2 tbsp Korean red pepper flakes (adjust to taste) 1 tbsp oligosaccharide (sweetener) 1 tsp Korean curry powder Salt & pepper to taste 🍳 Instructions Soak the rice cakes in cold water for 10–20 minutes to soften them. Prepare all vegetables and meats: julienne onions and green onions, slice garlic, score the sausages, and cut bacon into bite-sized pieces. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté green onion, garlic, and onion until fragrant. Add sausages and bacon, cooking until the bacon becomes crispy. Pour in 200ml of water, tomato sauce, cream, and milk. Bring to a boil. Add the soaked tteok and remaining sauce ingredients. Simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens and the tteok is fully cooked. Adjust spiciness by adding more red pepper flakes to your taste.
