SpongeBob: Battle for Bikini Bottom - FIRST EVER DAMAGELESS 100% RUN + NO HANS + NO BALL ROOM FAILS

In February 2024, I set out on a quest to 100% complete Battle for Bikini Bottom hitless, as well as avoiding ever getting grabbed by Hans or failing the infamous Rolling Ball Room. After countless attempts, numerous deaths, and a ton of Rolling Balls dropped, this was finally, FINALLY the run. Yeah, I do get a bit emotional at the end, but this was legitimately one of the hardest things I've done in a long while. Absolutely insane. Handful of notes: This was hot off the heals off a run that died in Sand Mountain. When playing this game through Dolphin, there is a rare chance that one of you jumps can be completely eradicated because Dolphin read it as 2 inputs rather than one. I missed a gap on Flounder Hill because of it, hence why I was complaining lol I used an AR code to give SpongeBob 1 max health for dramatic effect and a Gecko code for widescreen support to make the video more watchable. No other codes were used. I muted music at the beginning because I intend to make a large highlight reel later, so missing music helps for editing. :) I had the game muted through the entire run, so it was harder to tell if Bomb-Bots were about to explode, enemies were heading towards me, or if Tar Tar / Chuck / etc. projectiles were on their way to me. I hadn't watched any other hitless runs before this so I went into this experience completely blind. The route seen up to Rock Bottom was developed by myself through various failed attempts. Previously, my farthest hitless progress before this point was 57 Golden Spatulas before dying in Rock Bottom, so everything after that was unplanned routing, hence why it's pretty all over the place. Additionally, I'm relatively unfamiliar with the speedrun scene (I know about some tricks like Hans Disable, SBA, and Cruise Boosting but couldn't utilize them / can't perform them) so I didn't use any speedrun tricks / skips here. The Rehydrated hitless run I refer to is Cyberman65's No Damage Full Game Longplay. Technically speaking it is the first damageless 100% run in any version of BFBB, but as far as I can tell this is the first hitless 100% run in the original game. If I'm wrong, please let me know!!! Even if it isn't the first for either version I'm still really, really happy to have completed it. Pulling this off has only increased my appreciation for this game all the more.
