ICOI Presents | Immediate Rehabilitation of The Severely Atrophic Maxilla Utilizing Extended Length Subcrestal Angulated Implants Presented by, Dr. Michael Zaninovich Remote implant fixture anchorage is often required for immediate rehabilitation of the severely atrophic maxilla to achieve the desired distribution of implant fixtures. Extended length subcrestal angulated implants are a specifically designed implant for distal tilting. The implants provide the clinician with posterior support by remote apical anchorage in the resorbed anterior maxilla and lateral nasal bone. The implant transverses the augmented sinus cavity and positions the crestal head in the zone of the first permanent molar.
