This Praxic Blade Hunter build felt absolutely absurd in Solo Grandmaster Lawless Frontier, especially considering the activity starts at -30 Power and ramps all the way to -50 as each section progresses. I’ve already tested several versions of this setup over the past week, but this is easily the strongest and most refined version yet. The core of the build is the same, but the newly released dungeon armor completely elevates it. The Sage Protector set with Combat Meditation and Blade Focus is honestly ridiculous here. Since this build already revolves around grenade usage to activate Renewal Grasps and Cyrtarachne’s Facade, these armor bonuses push ability uptime into overdrive. In many situations, you’re getting your grenade and class ability back in about a second, letting you blanket the battlefield with nonstop Duskfields while keeping all your defensive layers active. Even without Swordmaster x4 resist, the build still feels nearly unkillable. You’re constantly igniting, shattering, weakening, disorienting, exhausting, slowing, and jolting enemies — everything is permanently locked down while exploding around you. Add in woven mail, x5 Frost Armor, Devour, Restoration, Radiant, and Invisibility, and the amount of overlapping damage reduction, healing, and crowd control becomes completely absurd. What impressed me most is how well this build held up at -50 Power, where enemy density skyrockets and you’re constantly surrounded. Despite being heavily outnumbered, the build never fell apart — survivability stayed rock solid, ability loops never broke, and damage output remained consistent throughout. This is easily the most balanced and oppressive version of Praxic Blade Hunter I’ve played so far. Massive survivability, constant ability spam, and total battlefield control — even in some of the hardest scaling content Destiny 2 has right now.
